Project context
The project supports the digitalisation of the Hong Kong Association for the Promotion of Chinese National Unity and Progress. It organises the association’s introduction, members, constitution, activities, announcements and contact information into Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English structures and browsing paths, connecting public presentation with ongoing content maintenance in one website system.
I mainly organise digital requirements, develop the official website and plan and advance server-side permissions, data storage and publishing workflows. The management interface designs editing, drafts, review and publication, and withdrawal processes for articles, website content and personnel appointments. It separates permissions by role and clarifies how content moves from preparation to public release.
Content organisation and an interactive prototype are complete. The next stage will implement the official website and server-side permissions, storage and publishing workflows.
